The Air Jordan 4 GS “Messy Room”

When it was announced that Chris Gibbs would be designing the Air Jordan 4, many were looking forward to the Union LA x Air Jordan 1 style.

This GS-exclusive Air Jordan 4 is titled "The Messy Room," and it's officially inspired by kids' lack of organization and the often messy state of their rooms. Similar to the AJ1 above, this colorway features a playful split design, with light blue being the main color in the front half. The collar is trimmed with white ribbed textile that matches the fabric of the mesh, heel tab and part of the support wings. The rest of the latter has a dark yellow finish that appears to replace the "UN/LA" label; the tongue is just as familiar, as it echoes Union's patchwork theme. Finally, the lining and outsole feature a pop of red, the insole opts for bright alternating shades, and the back of the tongue displays "AIR JORDAN" in a youthful multicolor.
