Yepsneaker return policy is as follows:


If you need to apply for a return or exchange after receiving the shoes, please contact our customer service, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email.

1. Our customer service staff will reply to your application within 24 hours.

2.Provide our customer service staff with your order number and reason for return.

3. Please return the goods according to customer service instructions, and send a valid certificate of return to customer service.

4. When we receive the returned product, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email, and arrange a refund or exchange within 3 days.


Return and exchange

1. The products received have quality problems.

2. The product size information received is incorrect.

3. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days, provided that the product is unused, undamaged and the integrity of the product is ensured. We will accept your application, but the shipping costs will be at your expense.


Not returnable or exchangeable

1. Products outside the 30-day warranty period.

2. Products that have been cleaned, damaged or used.

3. You ordered the wrong size or style product yourself.

4.The outer packing was damaged in transit. Products without quality problems.
