Yepkicks products can provide high-quality distribution services in various countries and regions around the world. We maintain a stable cooperative relationship with professional airlines to ensure that your products can reach their destination quickly and safely.

About Yepsneaker Shipping Process is as follows:

1.Order Processing

After the order is successfully placed, you will receive our email confirmation. We will need 1-3 working days to process this order. At the same time, we will provide you with the quality inspection photos of the shoes. After you confirm, our package can start shipping.

2.Shipping Method

The shipping methods we use by default are DHL and EMS. If DHL and EMS cannot be delivered to the country/region, we will use other express mail (Epacket, Fex, UPS). The transportation time is about 7-15 days. After delivery, we will send you the package status and provide detailed tracking information via WhatsApp or email. General tracking information will be provided to you within 3-4 days.

PS: Due to the impact of COVID-19, the delivery time in some countries/regions may exceed 15 days. Please rest assured that we will work hard to coordinate to ensure that every package can reach the customer safely.
